Contrast modification for pre-enhancement process in multi-contrast rubeosis iridis images

Existing researchers for rubeosis iridis disease focused on image enhancement as a collective group without considering the multi-contrast of images. In this paper, pre-enhancement process was proposed to improve quality iris images by separating into three groups; low, medium and high contrast. Increment, decrement maintenance images’ original contrast were further operated noise reduction manipulation attain best value in each category increased compatibility prior subsequent enhancement. As result, study proved that there have rules modification method. Firstly, histogram equalization (HE) filter increasing 50% will achieve optimum low category. Experimental revealed HE filters successfully increase luminance before undergoing Secondly, reducing Finally, maintained middle optimise The mean square error (MSE) peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) outputs then calculated, yielding an average 18.25 28.87, respectively.
